Our Travelogue

Many (friends and family alike) have encouraged/nudged me to start writing a travelogue on the various places that we have had the opportunity to visit and enjoy as long term residents and as tourists. Till recently, I never thought about doing it for various reasons. Finally decided to go for it and as a first step created a seperate Blog that would only have posts related to travel and places that we enjoyed visiting. Our recent trip to Scotland really inspired me to take this step forward. Hoping that I do justice to the beautiful & amazing experiences that we have had while visiting different places/countries as part of our travels.

For now, the plan is to share only places that we, as a family, have visited/stayed as tourists/residents and talk about our personal experiences, likes/dislikes, craziness, stay/accomodation, food, people and culture (where suitable), travel tips (if any), and anything else that I can relate to while writing about that place. Gave a French name to the blog as a tribute to our rich life in France and also to the fact that we travelled the maximum (right way to say it would be - we caught the travel bug) while we were in France, Europe.

Hope this effort also turns out to be as enjoyable and as relaxing as my other blog proves to be, for me personally, and hopefully for you readers as well.
